Green Mountain Electric Supply is excited to hit the road this Spring and Summer and we’re kicking things off later this month in Plattsburgh, NY and in Queensbury, NY. That’s right! It’s time for the annual Roadshow!
This year, most of the locations will be featuring breakfast, so we’ve updated the Roadshow times accordingly.
For over 10 years, the GMES event team has been feverishly traveling to each Green Mountain location to host an outing full of the industry’s finest supplier partners alongside great food, prizes, giveaways, and networking with the GMES team and fellow customers.

Green Mountain Electric Supply along with Southwire and Yusen Associates recently worked on a project with Benoit Electric. This project involved a solution that saved the customer numerous hours of labor. They were able to complete all 54 pulls in 2 hours, normally taking 10 people and 3 to 3-1/2 weeks to complete. Read below to learn more about the process.
The basic concept is parallel wire runs stacked on reels which are then mounted in an A-frame and shipped via flatbed tractor trailer direct to the job site. Once on site you unlock the reels and pull direct from the truck. In this case the job site required we remove (3) of the A-frames and transport them to the other side of the building where there was a second crew of men. Each reel is custom -

We're excited to share our Roadshow (formerly Counter Day) schedule for 2023! They will all take place from 11am-1pm with the exception of Depew, NY from 3-5pm. All Roadshow days will feature visits from top manufacturers in the industry, free BBQ food truck lunch and amazing GMES swag.
