Ditek-Surge protection for fire alarm systems

Ditek surge protectors for the fire alarm industry are sold through alarm systems distributors. Most fire alarm panels are affected from transient voltages that come in from either 120 vac feed or phone lines, and can be protected with the Ditek DTK-FPK1 surge suppressor. Newer designed surge protectors in enclosures the Ditek DTK-TSS series are favored by AHJ authorities, because all of the surge suppressors are wired to a single ground bus. The Ditek DTK-TSS1 surge protector panel is designed for addressable fire alarm control panels, and the DTK-TSS2 is used for conventional fire alarm control panels.
